Just wanted to get an idea of moral compass, Mount Olympus vs Malay mountain in both cases where indecency is outlawed

perhaps start with basic reading comprehension then - the first post I made states:

"Granted they were silly to do what they did, probably do deserve a fine/punishment."

don't start selectively quoting things and then asking questions about an opinion that is made pretty clear in the bit you've deliberately left out

Apologies, I will do better. How does one state minister making a off the cuff remark make the whole country backward.

That's like labeling the whole of the UK backward for letting some UKIP prospective candidates have a platform - you remember floodgate ?

it doesn't in itself though it is a reflection of the country being backwards... possible tribal court case too

freedom of speech is restricted, non-Muslims have less rights than Muslims, sharia law implemented in part, freedom of religion has restrictions - ethnic Malay people can only be Muslim - inter faith Marriage is not recognized...

it isn't a very progressive country, it is backwards - trying to argue against this by citing the example of a UKIP perspective candidate saying something silly is rather futile
 
The existence of a mountain god or not is irrelevant. What this woman has done, along with others, is offended the local people.

We only have to look at the arrest and imprisonment of Charlie Gilmour in this country for a local comparison. Charlie swung from a Union Flag hanging from the Cenotaph. Something which was offensive to many people in this country.

Disagreement doesn't give one licence to gratuitously offend.

I dont see why they dont just pay up, they have been given an easy way out.
no need to act like the victims after insulting the people there and breaking their laws.
 
Arrested for being naked, its what we are underneath clothes. Stupid idiots who think its a crime. Ugly ppl should maybe refrain from it but hot chicks shouldnt.

With that in mind, everyone should be allowed to dump in the street, afterall i do that in my bathroom, so why not outside in the street too.................
 
You shouldn't be nude in public but this is blown out of all proportion, a £50 fine as a warning not to show your mountains and valley in public again should suffice.

Why not, animals do it. :p Saying that animals cant clean up after themselves u can. So take a plastic bag some toilet roll etc for when u do. ;D
