Is it a bad time to buy a PS4 then atm and just wait a couple of months?

My PC time is next to nothing now with a little one, so im considering a console to tie me over with lol.

If you can wait, I'd wait till Christmas deals appear in the coming months. If not then buy and enjoy, forget about the money side

Is cdkeys the best place still for ps plus?

My yearly sub expires very soon and when I lasted checked that very website offer had sold out of ps plus.

Are all models now the new 12xx model? Or are some
older 11xx models still out there?

My new model is no quieter than the older ones. It still ramps the fan up in certain games and if anything it makes a more high pitched whine rather than the whoosh of the old one.

There's bound to still be older stock around and likely will be for a while. If you want a new one your best bet is to ask for one (in store) or specifically order the new model online.

How accurate is the PS4 speed test? Using speedtest both wired and wireless on my PC and MBP gets me 73Mbps, yet I get nearly half of that on my PS4, the router is literally next to the console.
