I've not seen the incident but everywhere is saying one of the three hit a motorbike? They've got to neutralise the stage at the point of the crash....surely!?!?

motorbike came to a sudden stop (spactator in the way maybe) and they all went in the back.

Don't think they have that sort of rule on mountain stages. They'll surely do something though

Looks like a motorbike had to brake unexpectedly, probably due to spectators, and Porte went straight into the back of it. Unbelievable.

Looks as though the motorbike braked because of the crowd and Porte crashed into it followed by Froome.

they have to neutralise the result, an outside factor cannot be allowed to influence the result of the entire race this badly.

Total shambles but then it's been waiting to happen on this climb for years the fans are idiots! Surely they will neutralise the stage it's ridiculous that Froome and Porte will loose 2minutes because a spectator and a bike ruined the race!

They have to neutralise that, it would be a travesty if not. Plus some riders would probably refuse to come out tomorrow.

Those were provisional results.

The stage cannot stand. If it does the Tour loses a lot of credibility.
