PP3D is a terrible design. Has no capacity to absorb the shock of its own attacks and any damage renders it grounded on its own weapon. Bottom mounted spinners just don't work.
IMO any way you utilise the arena to take out the competition should count but I can kind of see how the floor flipper wasn't designed to work in that way not counting.
I kind of think in the end it was the right thing Cherub going through that fight as the other robot didn't really do enough to deserve a win compared to its potential.
They were both immobilised pretty much simultaneously - Cherub did make more frequent, if ineffective, attacks and was driven more agressively but PP3D made bigger attacks so it comes down to the wire really.
