Lord Buckethead?

He will lead us to the promised land. Really hoped he would get in and finally bring some sense to the table.

So all this crap that the media and conservatives threw at Corbyn about being an IRA sympathiser/supporter and now the Tories have gone in to collation with an extremist party with former terrorist links.

Literally mental.

Ayy lmao,

You best start believing in meme stories lad, you're in one.

Yep. Interesting that some here were crucifying Corbyn over the IRA, but May and the DUP is just fine.

Terrorist links as well as being condescending homophobic bible thumpers. But its not the IRA (apparently the only "terrorist" organisation that ever existed as far as the British media is concerned) so little if anything will be made of it.

Ironically will the pro EU conservatives now toe the party line or risk outsting their leader and running the risk of another GE where Labour could get in?

So assuming full DUP cooperation she has a majority of 7 when it comes to voting in the commons 328 Vs 321. She needs all DUP votes without a formal coalition and no abstensions from her own ranks.

She won't see July

Your forgot to deduct the shinners.
328 versus 314 assuming speaker abstention. Much easier with the Duppers, even if they abstain she has most votes.

Conservative MP Nigel Evans on the BBC - "This manifesto had too many dashes of arsenic, it was an assault on the people we were looking to vote for us. Theresa May carried out a 'triple assault' on our core voters - the elderly. Reneging on the triple lock, the winter fuel allowance and the dementia tax when it wasnt even necessary. it's been a disaster. We didn't shoot ourselves in the foot, we shot ourselves in the head."
To be fair, these are all issues that need tackling.

As the DUP are forming the next government, there are rumblings coming out of Sinn Fein that they might take there seats on a per issue basis (i.e. voting against DUP policies they foist on the Tories).
I thought they'd have to be sworn in though, which requires an MP to swear allegiance to the Queen. Was my understanding that their unwillingness to pledge allegiance what why they couldn't take their seats.

The UDA were "counter terrorists" according to former DUP leader Robinson. Quick British media, sweep sweep under the carpet.
