yeah, got them confused when he went all roid head
The mountain is so bad ass he's gone through at least three actors.
No idea if they're still using that chap who squeezed obyrens head open for zombie mountain?

For cleganebowl, could we see arya assisting the hound against his brother?

I wonder if the ending will actually be what occurred in Dany's vision, The Red Keep in ruins. I can only assume the North falls, but that might be too long for the final season to deal with, so i guess another reason for that is Cersei going mental and destroying it herself.

He was sort of retconned out of the list. The actor had issues with cancer so didn't appear since S2 or so. The actor has said he would like to return though but it would depend if the story can support it. The mountain has kind of taken on the role as Cersei's dispenser of justice.
I always assumed he died and they've not recast him out of respect. The hound kinda absorbed some of his early seasons story so no need for the character really

Indeed. There was literally no reason for him to bend the knee at that point, other then to get his dirty end away.

It's symbolic of their mutual respect for one another and recognising each other like equals, especially in Daenerys case because up till this point all the rulers/lords she's met have either sucked up to her or been outright hostile and were mostly scumbags in either case. Same with the men she's gotten involved with - heroic but in a selfishly motivated or love of blood/conquering kind of way (Jorah doesn't count because friend zone). Then along comes Jon Snow who does/is none of those things and she's had to earn his allegiance (which is why she's so humbled by it and says she hopes she deserves).

You start out with two characters who initially distrust one-another both demanding something from the other without doing anything to deserve being given it - respect is earned not given sort of thing - both being headstrong and not really getting anywhere. Once they do start to open up to each other and demonstrate their character through their actions though, it eventually results in both giving each other what they wanted precisely when neither asked for it: she pledges to fight side by side with him going forward which is what he wanted, and her selflessly putting herself on the line to save them despite risking - and suffering - a great cost in doing so is what he needed to convince him to acknowledge her a worthy ruler of the 7 Kingdoms (since the North isn't officially independent) which is what she wanted. Jon has never wanted to rule - it's born out of necessity for him - and he'd gladly let someone else do it if he trusts that his people would be in good hands.

ITs going to end terribly.... As in cheesy and stupid. Its a shame.

They might get there a slightly different way but the ending is going to be the same as the books. Imagine the disappointment of book fans waiting 20+ years, adamant it's not going to turn into a more of a high fantasy thing with a big romantic twist and it actually does.

Bending the knee... Its not symbolic of mutual respect. Its symbolic of complete domination.
She knows that they are related somehow cos of the dragon petting nonsense in one episode.
its all BS now, Nothing really means nothing other than cliche catch phrases and a WAR-Z ending...
The amazing dragons are so easy to kill they are basically naff. Its a shame its gone so meh.

I am sure the mountain was on her list anyway for killing her sword master teacher from bravos with the afro ?
That was Meryn Trant iirc.

indeed, she dealt with him in season 5

The gold cloaks killed the sword teacher (Seerio). Perhaps you're confusing them with the mountain in his older form i.e. not the mountain in his current form (the bodybuilder) is played by a different (larger) actor.

nah, it was members of the kings guard lead by the above, thus the reason we had the revenge scene in the brothel in season 5 where she stabbed him in the eye

re: the sword/dancing teacher from bravos, technically we don't actually see him die and as a result there is a fan theory we might never get confirmed one way or the other:

*fan theory*
one idea is that maybe the sword teacher is actually the same faceless man she later encounters on the road and then trains with in bravos
