Greenlizard0 Weekend Football Thread ** spoilers ** [25th - 27th August 2017]

I can't believe that Bournemouth steward actually reported Aguero to the police for supposedly pushing him. What a creep and a parasite.

Video of the non-incident here - http://metro.co.uk/2017/08/26/manch...-a-steward-in-goal-celebration-melee-6880703/
This video gives you a better idea of what happened:

All Aguero done was show a bit of concern for a City fan that was being manhandled and the steward pushes him away.

Good result in the end. We battered an organised defensive team from start to finish and eventually it paid off. Would have probably got a few more goals if Lukaku hadn't missed the penalty.

Kasper's saved more pens at OT than his Dad? Sounds amazing until you realise he faced more pens than his Dad did at OT too.

If Mata's goal was offside then so was that, no consistency from the officials.
makes up for Kasper being so far off his line for the penalty really (clear as day penalty given his arm was sticking straight out and distance ball travelled)

I have to admit I think the bench was pretty uninspiriing today, but Mourinho called it - and all three subs contributed to goals (would still have thought Herrera would have been a better sub than fellaini in a cm position, but hey ho - fellaini using no skill at all for the goal)

Miki now on 5 assists (I think he took the corner for Rashford's goal before going off?) so even contributing when he wasnt playing as well as usual

Pogba a little unluck with a couple of his chances not to score - but Utd were very lucky indeed not to concede right at the end also
