Just hope your note doesn't go back for any repairs as first thing they will do is pull any screen protector off, that's £40 gone straight away!
 
Ive just gone form an S8+ to N8 and im liking 'OK google' works with screen off now.

With regards split screen is there anyway i can have maps on one side and spotify on the other and have them open together with say a shortcut?

Would also like to know how you finding the note over the s8+
 
Has anyone managed to figure out if its possible to get the edge notifications to display when the phone screen is off? browsing the samsung forums everyone seems to be having this issue. I love this feature, i assume this is a bug

They are very similar tbh. If you can pick up a S8+ cheap and not too fussed on the s pen then the s8 is the better choice.

Im a fan of the s-pen from my earlier notes ive had so i had to have a Note 8, Also i managed to claim a free DEX which is why i went for it.

But comparing them side by side there is very little in it. Id say the note is a bit snappier but not a great deal in it.

I know that..

But why buy a single sim model when the dual sim model can swap between an SD card or a second Sim...

What the down side of the dual sim version ? :confused:

I had to go into the settings and choose a new colour and then it's worked fine ever since.
