Recently purchased this 97’ E36 328i Sport with 71k. Haven’t got round to taking my own pictures yet.

Have since changed the wing mirrors to stock E36 coupe mirrors as per factory.

Must be one of the nicest 328i sports in the country and I’m not exaggerating!

Hnnnnnnnng :p

Very nice that. :) I've been offered a 328i sport as a swap for my Corolla, but it's an auto, and convertible. :(

Very rare indeed, there’s probably more tidy E30 325i sports around than genuine 328 sports left!

The market didn’t appreciate them for so long that most ended up as drift cars or just wrecked.

This is one of the few to have survived. It drives like a new car. The smoothness of it overal was surprising. I owned one in the exact same specification apart from the rear spoiler about 12 years ago. When I saw this I had to have it. Is kept garaged and will only be used on nice days.

It’s rare enough now that I’ve had a few people comment on it on the few occasions it’s been out and about. A great era for BMW when they were still genuinely desirable in a way that I don’t think they are any more. (That’s not to say they make bad cars now - they don’t...)

That is a seriously nice looking car. Doubt we will be looking at F30s in 20 years time thinking like we do about the E36 now

I think the rarity is partially due to the fact E36 M3's are cheap or were cheap leading to the value of 328i going to nothing and used for track/drift cars. Now there is basically none left their value has risen.

Couple shots of mine and my mates mk1s!

Saw it when it was up for sale, thankfully out of my price range :p Idk how long it would stay stock in my ownership.

@grudas You slapped a turbo on it yet?

Come on man it would be wrong to modify it!! It’s already got some Eibach springs on it and I’m contemplating put it back to original suspension haha. I have a totally original fetish at the moment.

It was expensive no doubt. I just had to have it the moment I saw it. *shrugs*
