Are you trying to cancel these teachers for expressing their opinions online? Surely the school policy would override whatever they have said online in any case.

Why wouldn't students do an essay on cop killers? It is a big problem in the US. They murder a frightening amount of human beings.

Also, almost every website you interact with on the internet is a commercial entity that can self-govern. You also pay a commercial entity for your pipe to connect to the internet. So whilst it may be "free" by name it certainly doesn't have limitless platforms for freedom of speech as the right wing nut jobs interpret it.

Who says she hates it all? I've not seen her make any such statement. She is making a statement of protest, something that is specifically protected in the US Constitution. It has triggered conservatives but she has a 1st Amendment right. Also this is her job and the Olympics is a pinnacle for athletes. Why wouldn't she want to represent, the fact she isn't happy with aspects of her country is irrelevant. We are all allowed to call out our own country. You might not like her message, I might not like her message but trying to cancel her Olympics because of it is as cancel culture as it gets.

If you are there as a representative to your country why shouldn't your county be able to specify the terms.
If that person didn't want to represent their country which would include things like supporting the flag, national anthem and a general showing of respect to your fellow citizens, then they are welcome to compete as an individual without state funded support.
As for the things she said in the past, plenty of white folk have been cancelled for far less, and for things that were said much longer ago as well.
