Got it finally. Does not seem like a premium phone to me. No headphones, no charger. I know they are offering "free" buds but last time I also got a pair a rubbish USB earbuds I still have. Seems they are cutting costs but charging the same.
What was your last flagship phone?
All the phones in the west will have no charger in box or headphone jack now. Only the CHinese phones seem to continue that side of things and those brands doing their own charging systems like OnePlus.
Apple did it so everyone else follows. It is not greener for the environment but actually the opposite, but it ticks a box for eco-PR-politics I guess which is meh.

Which store is that? I selected collect from Samsung kings X but the dpd tracking says my parcel is still waiting to be collected since the 17th.
5hrs SoT seems to be my mileage.

Ah ok. For the last 2 years like mrk said only the chinese manufacturers are still bundling charger/headphones in the box, most others have stopped.
Fixed.
I would agree if Samsung are using a proprietary charging interface for fast charge on the 45w then they should really include it in the box as you are not likely to have one as they haven't been bundling but if like my note 10 is does fast charging on normal USB than it's fine, the phone cost 1K, there is no excuse for not including a proprietary charging system.
Headphones though, I've never used any bundled wired headphones, I don't know anyone that has.

they won't stop calling me even though I cancelled my order last week and got a refund in-store , they are still call asking me to collect my phone

I never used the old headphones but could have in an emergency. I imagine that, like me, most people will spend a few quid on good headphones. Those Galaxy buds are a waste of time imo.
With the money you get from the buds you're quids in to buy your 80s earphones.
