Probably gained muscle from the cycling, im seeing my body fat go down daily but my weight is going up.So... I'd upped my cals almost two weeks before my cycle trip, put on about 3lbs. Just returned from Mallorca, cycled many mountains, ate LOTS and once again another 6lbs. I did wonder if the 3lbs I added by prepping would mean I wouldn't gain 6lbs (as I did last year) but no...
As before 3 or 4lbs will drop almost straight off as I get strict again. Interesting though, this morning's body fat % was the lowest I've seen in a LONG time. (19.5%)
