Right now, I think his plan is to hold on and try to get Trump elected.

Nigel Farage is interviewing Donald Trump today, whilst he continues his visit to Scotland, on GB News.

You can watch and see if it comes up in their conversation :)

Has the EU stopped buying their fuel from Russia through proxies yet, whilst publicly roundly condemning everything about the country and its leader?

Ukrainian drone strike has hit another oil depot, this time its one inside Russia. This depot is just passed the Kerch bridge, when exiting Crimea, on the Russian side

There seems to be a targeted plan to hit fuel facilities that supplies Russias Black Sea navy
Feels like "shaping the battlefield".

The only reliable proxy is India. However, that's not where most of Europe's fuel is now coming from.

'US replaces Russia as Europe’s biggest crude oil supplier.'

'Finland replaces Russian Urals with oil from Norway, UK and US.'

Can you tell me why you support Russia's invasion of Ukraine?

I do not support it, but i am entirely sympathetic to it as I can understand Russia wanting a buffer zone from the bellicosity and interfering of NATO and the general moral degeneracy of Europe and the west.

But that's as far as I will be drawn, I publicly said that I would remain away from contentiousness in this thread as I understand some are likely not to be mature enough to calmly discuss a view which is obviously somewhat alien to them, so I won't inflame the situation :)

I saw that BBC, I just don't understand the strategic rationale for blowing up Nord Stream 2. I would have the thought "destroying" the Yamal, Brotherhood or Soyuz pipelines in Ukraine. Forcing Europe to buy via Nord Stream 2 and back feed Ukraine.

It always struck me that destroying Nord Stream 2 suited America's strategic aims more.

I wonder if we'll ever properly find out?

So transparent. You been talking to your "genuine Russian citizens and 100% not state actors" again?

As has been said so many times, Putin would have and has reduced the "buffer zone" more via his invasion than had he not have.
Finland, Probably Sweden (although not a direct border country) and probably, if they survive, Ukraine.

Moral degeneracy of the West, vs Russia. RUSSIA!
Christ, some of you really need to put your hatred of other peoples views into perspective.

Countries dont want anything to do with Russia so they want align themselves with the west. Russia dont want this so send in the Army to bring those countries `deomocratically` back to the fold.

See the entire Balkans for the last 30 years.

Thr russian troll having a disregulation on ocuk forum......

Just FYI there's no one who seriously thinks Russia blew up their own pipeline. There's just no benefit to them in doing that. The US has wanted Nordstream ending since it's conception.

There's a ton of articles prior to the invasion discussing American views on Nordstream.

Yeah it didn't really suit the UK
US, probably. Russia, probably.

I doubt we will ever know for sure unless someone fesses up to it.
I would trust the US if they say they did it. I am 50/50 if I would trust Russia, since typically I don't trust anything they say due to them being perpetual liars.

To be honest really I don't care. Other than some short term costs (take that as a renewed warning into reliance on fossils from dodgy states), its helped move us towards green and made the UK government far more open about getting on with more self reliance om power.
I don't really care enough about whats going on inside the Eu to care. I leave that bogeyman for the leavers to froth over.

Which, tadaaaa!! is why it was precisely in Russias interests to potentially have done it.
So some people who can only think in simple one dimension automatically say the US must have done it.
