That 3500X looks interesting since its basically a better 9400F without being on a dead end platform and it does not come with the security issues that's largely been affecting Intel CPU's.

Yup £20, they had multi-able postage services listed.
But I could not select any particular one on check out.
So I didn't know until the tracking information appeared a couple of days later.

Don't know, but will do soon (it's the chance you take).
If there is, the shipper will normally put the item in an holding area until you pay the outstanding duty online.

I did get stung for an carbon fiber mountain bike frame from China, but it was an much larger more expensive item.
