That sounds like there is an issue for sure, have you used the latest chipset and USB controller drivers from our site? I would also recommend making sure the BIOS is the latest too. If that still has the problem you can return and swap the board or I can have it tested under an RMA with Gigabyte

Hey all, I'm trying to post the info I can when I can, to say I don't care is not true. That said, I understand why everyone is getting frustrated.

I've talked to my HQ and they have assured me that all cards now produced are using only the new connector. If you do have any new cards from WK 40 onwards with issues please mail me with your serial number and images of the pins. I will make sure this is getting looked into.
