And that's all I'm doing till I get my lapping kit.

3.6 on air!

cant find my FPO though, dont have the CPU box and dont want to take my heatsink off cos i got this prebuilt by overclockers!
 
just to let you know, my idle temps are about 28 now, but my rooms pretty hot, so its usually about 25-26. and my vcore goes up to about 1.44 too, nice droop...

I was on 3600 on Prime95 for a couple of hours this afternoon and my temps were a bit cooler than yours.

At 3600 on idle they are now 33 C on the coolest through to 40 C on the hottest core.

I don’t think my idle temps have ever been as low as yours even at standard clock speed - I must be doing something wrong.

I’ll try 8 hours tonight – but I’m not counting any chickens.

Well just got mine, currently in windows and played some of the Crysis demo and so far okay at 3.42 on air.

needs testing etc.
 
You can find it on the sticker on your box. If its OEM the only place is on the cpu's IHS I'm afraid.
