just to let you know, my idle temps are about 28 now, but my rooms pretty hot, so its usually about 25-26. and my vcore goes up to about 1.44 too, nice droop...

Is that 1.4875v in BIOS, 1.44v in Windows and 1.39v under load?

I was on 3600 on Prime95 for a couple of hours this afternoon and my temps were a bit cooler than yours.

At 3600 on idle they are now 33 C on the coolest through to 40 C on the hottest core.

I don’t think my idle temps have ever been as low as yours even at standard clock speed - I must be doing something wrong.

I’ll try 8 hours tonight – but I’m not counting any chickens.

You can find it on the sticker on your box. If its OEM the only place is on the cpu's IHS I'm afraid.
