Please remember that any mention of competitors, hinting at competitors or offering to provide details of competitors will result in an account suspension. The full rules can be found under the 'Terms and Rules' link in the bottom right corner of your screen. Just don't mention competitors in any way, shape or form and you'll be OK.

Is anyone actually surprised at this?
It's taken them nearly 5 days to notice their 'misprice' after multiple phone calls confirming it was correct and large volume of orders, the fact that they claim they have only just noticed shows extremely bad management of their order system. May be worth sending a group claim to them for all those who had their order cancelled ...
Either they got the message when gibbo ordered 100 or when they tried to dispatch greebo's and the system said no!
