Even worse is that they told somebody on here on the phone that they got a few in yesterday but not enough to fulfill orders and had despatched them when in reality they pulled them all back at the last minute.

I reckon Gibbo sent them an email to point out they were selling them at a loss. :p

Like I said yesterday and warned everyone, publicity stunt, Amazon have done it before as have other companies and it won't be the last time.

At OcUK we only advertise products what we can get and at prices we can actually sell at and remain in business.

So people might moan about our prices from time to time when up against such publicity stunts, but at least OcUK does deliver. :)

Not surprising when most if not all of their support/sales is outsourced to the cheapest bidder in India is it! Trying to get customer service from them usually involves several poor emails before you can even understand what they are telling you then before you have had a chance to reply they auto send you an email asking how good is their customer service :rolleyes: Nearly as bad as BT who also prefer to use India for the vast majority of their customer focus based workforce :rolleyes:

We have received an update from our manufacturer who informed that there is an error in price. I hope that you can understand that as a retailer, we solely depend on the manufacturer for price information for the items. This what happened in your case.

We have cancelled all the orders relating to this item. I can confirm that you will not be charged for it.

Raven the noise would wake my BF up during late night gaming which would result in no gaming so i can't :( and i don't want to use water on the GPU coz it would mean i can just get a 580 ><

Actually the 480 uses less power than a 580 when maxed out with furmark and slightly more gaming, temps and noise are not a problem for those willing to do a cutom fan profile.
