I take about 5 of the cheap ones, but I remember quite a few pages back, someone posted a link to one that you only needed to take 1 a day.
Yet is the reason for taking more not because of the EPH and DHA levels?

Yes it is a very good supp and that link is THE best price anywhere, ever. I bought 2 tubs a while back, still not even made a dent in tub #1 
I wish you posted that link yesterday morning cause I added a container of D3 from MP yesterday evening when I was placing an order. MP's are only 2500IU and the one's in that link are 5000IU and half the cost.
What is an ideal dosage requirement for D3? 5000IU plenty?
MP state one tablet which is 2500UI so should I take two to equal one of yours or is the one enough.

I've read stuff in the past about 4000-8000 being the recommended. Googling around again now..

5000iu should be more than enough. Especially if you get some sun too.

I bought some myprotein sample whey the other day, finally got the delivery and have been working my way through the flavors to see what to order 5kg of next, i have to say the banoffee one is incredible, i could just eat it all day lol, the banana one was also pretty good, probably on par with the strawberry one, although a bit sweet
Ive got the vanilla to try still, but if i order 5kg of banoffee, im going to make it into some 200ml blocks of icecream in the summer, i usually use water but this stuffs great.
