Supplements the debate/discussion thread

Right I've spent an hour on myprotein site and I'm totally baffled! What I'm after is some kind of meal replacement shake for the mornings. Simply put I can't eat anything that early in the morning and still function but drinking is fine.

If it helps narrow the choice down I do one weights session a week, 2 kettle bell sessions, 1 cardio at gym then two long road rides on my bike.

Any advice is appreciated!

Another +1 for myprotein.com - got 5kg of impact whey (vanilla) for £50'ish), can't complain with free delivery - tastes great & has a nice amount of protein.

Currently aiming for around 150g a day & it really helps hit the protein & calorie target (without eating a tonne of chicken a day).

Just a heads up for everyone.

Impact Whey Protein is buy one get half price again at MP in 2.5kg flavoured bags.

Quick question too, anyone else noticed that the MP site seems to be done quite a lot? It's really annoying and I'm getting it every single day I look on there.

Currently ragin at MP and it'll likely be the last time I use them (asides from sexy offers)

Delivery times are terrible to Northern Ireland. If you're in NI, use elsewhere.

Ordered some maxiraw Caesin from maximuscle (30% off code with: MAY30) will report back on taste etc.

Put a vest on order as well as they looked cool :D

All these deals when I'm A) skint, and B) don't need to order anything ;(

At least I got my Recovery XS when it was buy 1, get the 2nd half price!

How does quidco work? :(

You buy whatever you were going to buy except you go through their site (register first etc) then certain retailers give a % amount of what you spend or sometimes just a flat £ sum.

It takes a while to track, confirm and finally be paid into your account but it's a nice bonus on some things :)

Uses a referal system so anyone who earns cashback after signing up with that link means I get some ££ too :p

I've gotten £72 back since January :)

Some things like I said are slow to track/confirm and if they don't you can raise a claim and quidco sort it out for you.

Got my brothers phone through them and got an extra £50 cashback but I have to wait for the first contract payment before I gets my monies :D

It's free money when you use it for things you were going to buy anyway :)
