Some days I feel like a good pre-workout supp would help, but on those days I tend to just drink a coffee then get on the bike for a bit

I mix up a "latte" consisting of a scoop of whey, couple of teaspoons of coffee. (I usually drink espresso, but the whey goes well as a kind of iced coffee).
Right I've spent an hour on myprotein site and I'm totally baffled! What I'm after is some kind of meal replacement shake for the mornings. Simply put I can't eat anything that early in the morning and still function but drinking is fine.
If it helps narrow the choice down I do one weights session a week, 2 kettle bell sessions, 1 cardio at gym then two long road rides on my bike.
Any advice is appreciated!

These are better as a meal replacement. I have gotten on great with them in the past, I'd recommend choc mint flavour.
You could also just buy the oats and protein separately and add them into on shake which would be more cost effective.

Another +1 for myprotein.com - got 5kg of impact whey (vanilla) for £50'ish), can't complain with free delivery - tastes great & has a nice amount of protein.
Currently aiming for around 150g a day & it really helps hit the protein & calorie target (without eating a tonne of chicken a day).
