Wink thread denotes stock, so the stock is there.

Usually stock arrives, days later nda lifts. Reviews are up and stock is available. That's a standard launch . It all happens on the same day. Anything else is none standard

Fair enough, I don't see the issue though, although I do wish there were some reviews up before the pre-orders are open.

Pre order before reviews going up is really really really different and unusual. I've only ever seen it happen with the 290x

It is aimed at threadripper it has to be. R3 stock isn't actually in and everything mentioned is aimed at threadripper not the r3
