IBM EUV process? Na that's not happening till 2019. There is some fabs touting 7nm ramping up in 2018 though but probably 2h 2018.

Yeah that it, 14+ in 2018 and 7nm in 2019 - will be interesting its its 7nm next year

Zen+ is a maturity enhanced revision of the current chip, it may have some small architectural changes to improve it, as well as perhaps higher clock rates, think of it as Phenom vs Phenom II.

Zen2 is a brand-new chip on the 7nm 5Ghz process.

Zen+ means zen2 and zen 3. Look at the ryzen roadmap. Very early it shows the zen and then zen+ when they was touting 40% oncrease im ipc over excavator core. Newer roadmaps show zen then zen 2 and zen 3.
Zen is 14nm and 14nm+ and zen 2 is 7nm while zen 3 is 7nm+
Also zen 2 is a brand new chip? In what sense? Its architectually the same juat shrink down to fit more transistors as well as improve power efficency.
