I probably could bench more than 67.5, I just can't risk it at the moment, shoulder aids ruins me.

I may look in to cycling in flat bench every so many weeks.

EDIT: Not the point :D I could do 180 I think if I was more fresh.
 
Tonights session was supposed to be PB's all round on the big 3 but didn't managed to crack 140 bench thanks to a nasty sticking point :( Pretty much psyched myself out for most of these lifts before I even stepped foot in the gym. Everything just felt off.No deadlift vid as I just wanted to get it done and get out of there.

If the depth on this is considered acceptable then update away, if not then I'll have another crack in a couple of weeks:

Had to wait a while before un-racking as I wasn't sure if someone was about to walk in shot or not. I probably could have been a bit smarter with my ramping as I ended up doing singles at 160 & 180, the 180 probably being a waste and a 150/170 would have been a better approach.

Bro, pretty sure that guy tea bagged you at the end of that 140kg attempt.

Maybe why that's why I hit a stick point, saw the scrotum incoming and paused in fear.

As I thought, need to spend more time at the heavier end of my capacity so I'm more comfortable in the rep. No spot & feeling a bit meh probably didn't help. Neverrrrmind.
