lol weight has shot up during smolov, eating everything is kind of part of the programme. It's not the season to be worrying about such things ;)

So that's a 65KG curl, 85KG calf raise, 110KG upright row, 80KG lateral raise and a 130KG wrist curl @ 100KG bodyweight.
