Did a snatch and c+j session tonight, shoulder strength really letting the side down. Also fixed incorrect placement.
 
Squats and Deadlifts again last night, managed 160kg squat again, felt a bit easier this time, so was tempted to go for 165kg. But talked myself out of it as wanted to go for a deadlift PB.

Managed to pull 210kg, so another 10 kg on my total. Decided to push for more but was a bit optimistic adding another 10kg on, got it about 6 inches off the floor and then had to drop it.

Anyway up to 485 now, so only another 15kg to go.

Feel like i can make at least another 10kg on the squat with my form/technique improving (probably gained 40kg now in about 3 months). Deadlifts need a little more work now, rounding my back too much on the heavier lifts, think i need to get my weight further back at the beginning of the lift.

Can you write out what is what lift please? Somethings got confused on the table.

No, I've never used a belt, just straps for my heavy pulls.

Been going to the gym for the last 6 months doing starting strength (endurance cycling before).

hoping to get up to 2 times bodyweight on DL then will start to work on upper body some more. My OHP has barely moved.

Those are my current (and rather small) records so far. I'm still a massive novice when it comes to lifting, so I've got a lot to learn. A new, full on training regime starts on Monday so I'm hoping to see these numbers climb a bit! :D

Push Press: 100
Military press: 90

Not been squatting heavy for a while but might go for a PB before the years out, also really want to get a 240 deadlift. Managed to get it a few inches off the floor after a smooth 230! I wont be allowed to train too heavy thou in the new year once I go into full prep for body building :(
