Squats and Deadlifts again last night, managed 160kg squat again, felt a bit easier this time, so was tempted to go for 165kg. But talked myself out of it as wanted to go for a deadlift PB.
Managed to pull 210kg, so another 10 kg on my total. Decided to push for more but was a bit optimistic adding another 10kg on, got it about 6 inches off the floor and then had to drop it.
Anyway up to 485 now, so only another 15kg to go.

Feel like i can make at least another 10kg on the squat with my form/technique improving (probably gained 40kg now in about 3 months). Deadlifts need a little more work now, rounding my back too much on the heavier lifts, think i need to get my weight further back at the beginning of the lift.
