Wanted to try 145KG here but Syla convinced me to try 150KG 'what's 5KG between friends? ;)' = too short a walk out and almost one smashed knee!

I couldn't stay else I'd have tried some front squatting with Benny.

My target is to try and get to get close to 100kg OH squats. I could probably just about do 80. It's just getting that bar up there that's the biggest challenge.

I'm doing some 1RMs tests in a week or so - let's see how it goes!

Been working on my squats a lot recently, as I've always struggled with them. Now making fast progress, so thought i'd add my totals here, as there a bit more respectable.

Darryl_1983 ------------- 115 / 160 / 200(s) --- [92.5] ------ 475

Looking to reach 500kg total by new year, I've deadlifted 230 x 2 before at similar bodyweight, so i've got some improvement to make there. Hoping to hit 120kg bench, maybe another 5-10kg on the squat and I think I can add maybe 10-15 kg on the dead too.
 
You've got your work cut out for the next 3 weeks then sunshine ;) :)

Nice lifting.

It does look optimistic, but i pulled a 200kg deadlift on monday after doing squats, which included my 160kg pb followed by a 110kg dropset for 6 reps. I also did a couple sets of paused deadlifts before working up to my max. So i've probably got more in my deadlift if I was fresh.

Sorry no videos, though i think i probably need to do a few just so that i can see my form, as i'm going completely by feel.
