Those are my current (and rather small) records so far. I'm still a massive novice when it comes to lifting, so I've got a lot to learn. A new, full on training regime starts on Monday so I'm hoping to see these numbers climb a bit!

Sadly you need 250 posts to be included in the table, unless of course you fancy taking videos of the lifts then we will gladly add you on.
Alternatively, get more involved in all of the threads (gym ratz, mobility, form thread etc) then I'll add you in.

I'm by no means at my strongest at the moment, slowly getting back to it.
Delvis - where's the Wilks score? That gives another dimension of interest to the top lifters as it takes their weight into consideration too. Perhaps worth adding the same table but based on Wilks score? Get it done.

I would do but whoever made the thread at the start of the year was never given the Wilks table, likewise Monkee was never given it.
If anyone can give me a Wilks table that auto calculates I'm all ears.

Added a Wilks table, no idea if it's correct I'm just using a formula from a website:
Only the top 10 so far, I may look in to doing more, it takes a tad more time to do.
