2013 Powerlifting Totals

Good old lie keeping the pressure on, intended another 160 go but we ended up training by torchlight as i lost my leccy. Icy cold bar and everything felt heavy. Wapped out the following

100 x 10
120 x 10
135 x 3
135 x 4
140 f

lol felt like my forearm was gonna break, something wasnt right so called it a day. 150 x 2 is still my max with nowt more lifted. Hoping to get a squat vid up friday if i got lecric back.

Morba, that's not a "small" increase, that's like an extra 40kg :p

Yeah, I was only meant to do 225kg for a double today but thought I'd try the 242.5 anyway :D

Also I was experimenting with closer legs and hands, my arms were almost parallel! Made for an odd pulling position and an ugly rep, but it went up without stopping or losing back positioning :)
