2013 Powerlifting Totals

lol i like to chat in my vids. Begbie, yeah tested out a 185 squat other day thanks to ice giving me some tips, i think im in a position to hit a 200 within a month or 2 which right now will just about put me top
 
UE - awesome bench fella.

I think you should look at the same sort of thing as I'm about to:

board presses and maybe getting a slingshot

Both will help with tricep lockout which is where we both struggle at the moment. Well grinded out with that one though :D
 
Not sure how you can say he would own the board for a long while tbh :p

because i got more test than u :D we need you to get some vids up morbs u gotta be right on these lifts with your new training you should be battling for top spot too!

EDIT- cheers morbs, yeah im gonna do a few things to work on lockout, reckon im good for lot more kilos if i get tricep sorted.

We'll see about that ;)

I've decided its time to see what happens if I move up a weight class after this comp. The way the comps are spread out I can compete in the 93 class in April and have loads of time to cut back down if i want. I may even look like I lift.

Yeah, big downhill slide for me on the test level at the moment!! lol.

Definitely agree on the tris, thats understandable tbh as its a significant weight that gets transferred from chest and delts onto your tris. Doing it on bench is better than on overhead as you can do more weight which is a good thing :D

Which comp you looking at in April, seems like theirs quite a few.
 
If he gets a 700kg total by October, when nationals is this year, then that means I need at least a 600kg. Going to be a big year for powerlifting ;).
