In The last two weeks I've got the following
New lifts from this week didn't do as well as I wanted, wasn't really feeling it because my back was still a bit sore and lost quite a bit on the weight I can deadlift but I think my form is getting better.

My normal bench is terrible now, got 100 paused and Squats I wasn't really feeling it. Still got some decent progress and BW is down and stable. Love using CBL with IF
