2013 Powerlifting Totals

Well I did 230 a month ago, and the only reason I'm not confident of that at the comp is because niggly remnants of my injury. I think I'd get close to a 250 squat at 83kg tbh. Deadlifting will progress now that I'm not injured, and bench will be a lot easier to increase with more body weight.
 
Since I've started DL I guess I can actually contribute to this thread now.

DL 120+
Squat 110.

New lifts from this week didn't do as well as I wanted, wasn't really feeling it because my back was still a bit sore and lost quite a bit on the weight I can lift but I think my form is getting better. :(

My normal bench is terrible now, got 100 paused and Squats I wasn't really feeling it. Still got some decent progress and BW is down and stable. Love using CBL with IF :D
