No change as I done it last year, just Monkee wouldn't let me put it on!!!
It felt a lot harder though, not sure what is going on with my squat. My reps feel good, I go heavy and I get scared - like really scared. 150 is ****ing heavy!
Depth wasn't great, but I was told it looked fine. So I'm counting it anyway
