Edit: this is seated too, as I can't do OHP standing up in my garage. Not sure what advantage I could gain by standing - cheat with dem legs I guess.

It wouldn't be an OHP if you used your legs.
 
New deadlift PR with 225kg (strangely managed to pull it after 2 failures). first time ever deadlifting with a belt. felt really strange.
cut is still going well. I'm still gaining strength, which is always a bonus.

I haven't bench pressed pain free in ages hence why it's not progressing at all. it feels like it's been getting better lately and I'm on a deload week now so fingers crossed, I'll managed to get that moving again.
if my bench wasn't so low (compared to my squats and deadlift), I would be fairly competitive. so annoyed. my deadlift is over twice my bench press weight
 
I compete in the 105s :) good luck for your first meet! You'll learn a lot from that day.

just started testing my openers for my first competition. I think I'll open with 180 squat, 100 bench, 200 deadlift. tried them all in a row and they were really easy.
I will test again with 5kg extra on each of them in a month and see then
 
Going for a squat PB after work, hopefully hit 130kg but really not sure, will see how the warm up feels.

Want to breach a 400 total by the time I'm back to uni and really need to improve my diet to get down to around 80kg body weight, sitting at 87kg at the moment with fairly high bodyfat.

Totals at the moment though:
