New deadlift pb (272.5) done last night and a 15second hold with just grip :) skin on my hands feels on fire. Am chasing you Morba!

Apologies just altered. I couldn't do 235 again on squat my knees feel hollow so am back down to upping reps on 220.
 
Might as well add mine here, been weightlifting for 5 months now, on a calorie deficit currently but progress has been pretty good.

6ft and 91kg.

Squat 5x5 107.5kg
Bench 5x5 63kg
Deadlift 1x5 115kg
OHP 5x5 43kg
Barbell Row 5x5 72kg
 
August 2014 was:

AndrewNR --------- 117.50 / 135 / 160 ----------------- [102] -----412.50

Pretty much did nothing Sep-Dec 2014 (exams in Oct, then too cold) :p.

Started Stronglifts again mid-Jan 2015. Then 531 around mid-Mar. Messed my back up doing a squat around April I think so skipped squat/deadlift for 3 weeks.

Today was:

AndrewNR --------- 120 / 145 / 175 ----------------- [105] ----- 440

Happy with that as I think I was probably more like 108kg back in Aug 2014. Bench lift might be more but I got over-confident and failed a 125kg before the 120kg :mad:

New deadlift PR with 225kg (strangely managed to pull it after 2 failures). first time ever deadlifting with a belt. felt really strange.
cut is still going well. I'm still gaining strength, which is always a bonus.
