They are having to increase rates more, and faster, because the Tories are embarking on a campaign of debt-funded tax cuts. They are exacerbating the problem.

Indeed and now the boot lickers are saying look how much the tories have given us! Not realising if the tories didn’t make such a mess of the economy, we’d have more money!
Their ‘handouts’ have been wiped out by rising prices due to their ineptitude.
 
It's almost funny that every time. Truss opens her mouth we have a negative market response.

Every damn time. Even my trading 212 app attributed this mornings briefing to a slide on the gbp/usd.

Why would it not go down well? Sticking two fingers up to the Russians and supporting Ukraine, even in the pitch dark with no heating, won't be a problem. Will it? Sacrifices have to be made. And all that... Bulldog spirit lads.

Obscenely rich people are richer. I would wager that the vast majority of people would be better off in many ways, not just in their wallet if we hadn't had the conservatives the last 12 years.

Thats almost the stupidest thing. Even those you would think traditionally benefit from a Tory government probably haven't for the most part. They have damaged so many areas of the country that no matter your wealth you are likely poorer for them.

No..nothing at all to do with them selling off our Gas tanks for reserves, now the UK is completely relying to a live tap supply.
