What sort of budget would I need if I wanted to upgrade to a 21:9 monitor?

I'd probably need to upgrade monitor and GPU at the same time as I dont think a 7850 will be powerful enough.

Current setup in sig.

Well finally got to switch on my new 34UC88 and I have to say it is very nice. Money well spent I would say. Unfortunately it will probably be going back as it has a stuck pixel. I am running a pixel unsticker program but don't have much hope that it will fix it as I have never had much luck with them.

Apart from the pixel, there is nothing else wrong with it. Back light bleed is actually better than my old IPS monitor. Games look really good on it.

Hopefully the replacement is just as good but without any stuck / dead pixels.

He is coming from titan blacks so not sure how it will be a "huge" downgrade...

I did post in the desk thread after my LEDs turned up but seeing as my 29UC88 is only a week old I think it's still valid here.

I hope its good.. I am using Nvidia however so \o/.

In the first post, right at the bottom are some icc profiles.

I used the ' 34UC98 ICC profile by TV Calibration with Darko ' for my 34UC88 and it looks pretty good.
