I missed the last two FE drops because I was asleep
Has there been any drops earlier than 9am in past few months? Am planning to be awake 9am from tomorrow.
There were more within the last 8 hours, or do you sleep for 3 full days at a time?
I've been checking Nvidia's site several times a day and not seen anymore since the last time they were mentioned here.

No never has , also I was well prepared last few drops even had the opportunity to click add to basket but it never went in
Also it seems the drops are becoming more often feel I will be able to get one soon
Whhhhyyy? Seriously, you are active enough in this thread to know that refreshing the nvidia page randomly is literally a waste of time. Even refreshing the page when there is a drop is a waste of time a lot of the time…

I'm not refreshing it randomly, I just check once in the morning and one or two more times later.

Received my 3070Ti early Saturday morning, got round to fitting it today. The card is pretty hefty and feels well built. Not a massive fan of having to use two dedicated PCI-E cables to power it though, sort of ruined my otherwise quite tidy build. Will look into perhaps getting some PCI-E extension cables so I can hide the two unused 8 pin connectors. Not really had a chance to test it or do any gaming as of yet. Haven't seen anyone post pics of a 3070Ti in this thread yet so here's mine.

Was just watching LTT's live stream last night and they said nobody had even received a 3070Ti and even asked for people on Twitter to post pics with an "L" sign with their fingers to show that it was legit. Don't think they got any replies! I see what you mean, your system is very tightly managed, definitely look into getting an extension so runs under your psu tray! Apart from that, i'm sure you're loving life now! Get it at MSRP?

Yeah will look into the extension cables, just wanted to get the card installed and make sure it works etc. I'll get round to tidying things up eventually
Yep paid MSRP of £529 so certainly very happy about that! I already had a 1080Ti which is still a very good card even today but couldn't resist the urge to try and get something new. I'll sell the 1080Ti on and recoup most of the cost of this new card. I've been following the Twitter account "PartAlert" for a while and saw the alert and jumped on it within seconds. As luck would have it the "buy" button was available straight away but the item failed to add to the basket on the first attempt. I got lucky 2nd time round after a bit of refreshing! I almost got the vanilla 3070 a day or two previous but the order was declined 2-3 times. Happy to have gotten the Ti though despite it not being massively faster.

Lucky mofo! Yeah I follow PartAlert but all I ever seem to get is fkn DE/IT/FR alerts and the UK ones are all £1500+. Yeah you'll defo get a good chunk back from the 1080Ti, i'm desperate for a GPU that can handle even Windows at the moment, my 780Ti died at the worst possible time and now im using a GT210 lmao. Congrats on the card!

Nope, the above card is using a 12pin to 2x8pin cable. Most FE cards are using this sort of setup I believe!
Good question, but how AMD is behaving it doesn't look like it will happen this generation, next generation they will price things right and add any extra cost to cover brexit costs and of course raise the price more and make it look like a brexit tax, but we really know just another way to raise MSRP for UK customers that seem to be buying everything available at MSRP and more for new gen cpus and gpus.

.My 3070 ti arrived on Sunday. The rest of my build should come today but that didn't stop me from installing it in my soon to be retired 6600k/rx480 system with 550w psu

Thanks, I did my best to make it as tidy as I could. The connector is a bit silly, it would have been nice if they'd put the 12 pin elsewhere on the card but it is what it is. An additional extended 12 pin connector bundled with the card would have been nice too to save having the unused 8 pins exposed in the build

Thank you! Yeah I wanted to keep this build nice and simple. I've always liked the black/orange combo so the Be Quiet! case and fans was ideal
