im more interested in second hand GPU prices once the 5000 series hits than the actual 5000 series

The clue is in the specs, look at the cuda count and boost clocks, the 5090 will probably get a 30% uplift but for the rest its looking like 15-20%but we do not actually know this do we
chances are you right but other than a picture no one has a clue
its really a dislike from me because the two important factors for comparing gpus areI feel people are being out of line and judgemental just because somebody likes the idea of frame gen giving 4090 frame rates to lesser 50 series cards...
Frame gen can feel bad to some and fine for others.
I thought I would find it bad but I honestly like it on my 4090. I don't notice any lag or glitches from it and generally find it does what it's supposed to do.
Also, screaming "fake frames whaaa". Grow up.
What frames aren't fake? Fake pre-baked lighting, fake bump mapping, procedural landscape generation, fake upscaled textures. Every frame is full of fake elements so claiming frame gen is fake frames and acting like it's a deal breaker is straight up backwards. If somebody is not negatively effected by it and they get more enjoyment from their games from it, why is it a problem?
Yeah with no FE edition for the 5070Ti.So realistically the 5070 will be £650 - £750 depending on the model, There is no way you will ever see that card at £499 if it is truly capable of 4090 performance.
I really wanted a 5070ti, but looking at what it could cost I might not be able to afford, I'm guessing that will start at the £850 - £1000 range.
na they won't be that high lol, 499 dollars to £650 is a big strech i see founders being £550 and after market 550 - 650 ( top models)So realistically the 5070 will be £650 - £750 depending on the model, There is no way you will ever see that card at £499 if it is truly capable of 4090 performance.

ThisFake frames mate, not raw performance. basically cheating

The 5070ti is £729 on Nvidias website.
There might be a silly rush initially but I'd fully expect to be able to get one for around that price eventually. Forget the 3xxx series rush, that was due to mining.
The scalping and mark ups won't be anywhere near as bad this time around. The 4xxx series was readily available for RRP on the whole.
Is that FE 5070ti ? If not good luck
Was there a massive prolonged problem of getting the 4070 or 4070 ti for RRP?
Happened with 2080tis when the 30 series was announced. I think some went on the MM for under £400 which at the time wasI might just go see if I can find some silly goose selling their 4090 for 400-500. That would be a stellar performance upgrade to my current 6950XT.
Do you have a link ?Nvidia has released non fake frame benchmarks, the 4090 is much faster than the 5070
Haha!, in honesty though I think there will be a knee jerk reaction from some who will panic and sell their 4090s,4080s now for chump change.Since Nvidia said this, it must be true. So if everyone could sell their 4090s for £450 on the members market I would appreciate it. Can’t be worth paying more for a 2 year old 70 tier GPU.
There won't be a 5070Ti FE sadly. Is that FE 5070ti ? If not good luck
I think a little below the 4070tiSo in pure raster is 5070 = 4070ti super?
I think a little below the 4070ti
