im seriously in two minds.....id like to try Nvidia but im concious about the new ati cards out in a few weeks that might smash the 580.

Personally i think its a bit mad to upgrade right now, with new cards only a couple of weeks away its far better to wait and see what performance the 6970 brings. Or if you've got the funds, the 6990

This going to be anticlimatic as its effectively a GTX285 scenario but I still expect them to sell out everywhere within a few week's

As my GTX480 is totally silent I cba to even make the 20 min journey to a shop which now has these instock ready to sell for £399.99 so you know stock must be good if a shop in London has plenty to go around at launch
