should be really good performance regardless I would suspect!
Im still gaming at 1280x1024 but I want dx10 goodness so the 320mb version should do me okay! Im gonna join that g80 club and also may look foolish when ATi release their offerings

I think if anyone wants to 'do an easyrider' (as it is euphemistically being called) then NOW is the time to sell your x1950 Pro Turbo, x1800XT, x1900XT, x1950XT, 7900 GTO, 7950 GT, 7900 GTX, etc... before these new 8800s kill the value of them.

Yeah lol, i dont really need to upgrade yet as it cuts through everything maxed fine 1280x1024 here, but these are less than £200, and it doesn't help that R600 is a matter of weeks away as well, oh man what to do.

It won't cut through Rainbow 6 even on low quality @ 1280x960

The difference in 3dmarks ect could easily be found online and changes from rig to rig. The 7900gto for example would not be that cpu limited with an AMD cpu but in 3dmark benchmarks the 8800 series areand gain 1000's from an oc'd C2D.

Well the 640mb GTS is the same length as the x1900's/x1950 XT/-X's, so if the pro is the same length as those, then the GTS will be same length, just depends if these 320mb ones are a bit shorter than that due to having less memory chips on them.
