8800GTS 320MB Results so far....

Oh well then...I'm sure people wer on about 10k with this card _ Maybe that was 3d Mark 05?! I wish Nvida would get their arse into gear and bring out soe half decent drivers - Had two BSOD today when playing BF2142 :(

Yeah - You're probably right. My CPU is already OC'ed to 3Ghz - So I'm more than happy with that - and at the moment I see no real bennefit in OC'ing a card that destroys all the games I play :D
At the end of the day - It is only a number!

Correct score mate, your card at stock with a faster overclock in your cpu is very comparable to mines :D So go OC your card and break 10k if you really want to :D

Agreed, you need to overclock to break 10K. I have similar kit to Loadsa but it is all overclocked (see sig). This gives me 10,069 in 3DMark06. If I leave the BFG at stock (550/1600) I get 9,221.

Yeah easily, im gaming at that res, 320mb GTS is astounding. :cool:

Nowt the matter with Sunderland, im in Houghton-Le-Spring which is just outside it, right Next to Washinton. :p

i...also...must admit i have BFG 8800GTS heading my way as well, what can i say, i was too tempted, plus its time to wave a (not so) fond goodbye to SLI and all its troubles :p
 
Snap.

After having to RMA two X1950 Pro's in the space of 2 weeks i decided to pay the extra and go for the 8800GTS. By the look of the results it is going to be worth all the stress.
