If Lewis wins tomorrow it is going to be a horribly hollow victory for Rosberg - not that he will care.

Lewis will have more wins, more poles and will literally only have lost because of his car breaking so much in comparison to Rosberg.

I have liked Rosberg much more this year, he has been more likable which is good, and Lewis and him seem to get along better.

However, if he does win tomorrow, I just dont know how it would feel. Lewis has really dominated again this season and his reliability has been shocking but only his car.

Incidentally i still cant think of a time Lewis and Nico have gone wheel to wheel this year.

and all the F1 fans will know it too. If Rosberg wins tomorrow he will save some face, but I doubt he will win.

Setup to be a safe start for Rosberg tomorrow. Ricciardo on harder tyres and Kimi who never does anything silly.

Happy for Kimi, many wrote him off but he's out qualified Vettel 12 - 9 this year.

Hamilton was on it during all qually laps, very controlled. To be fair Rosberg also upped his game each hot lap but just couldn't keep up.

The idea is that you get the cars around under a safety car so that the water gets cleared off the track by the race tyres. Then you have a proper start, instead of the safety car start that no one likes.

Obviously this only works if it has stopped raining, or is raining much lighter, but you still have a lot of standing water that you want to shift so that you can race.

This is after all safety car periods not just when it's raining. It completely renders the safety car irrelevant. What's the point in sending the safety car out at all? They may as well just red flag the race. See here.
