Just kick the git out of the country!!!!!!
Ignore the european courts. Aren't our laws good enough? Why should we bow down to what the european courts say?
No, we should obey the laws we've signed up to. If we don't like the convention we should leave it or seek to change it's scope, but not disregard it when we don't like certain decisions.
Because we've agreed to? Because we keep our word? Because we have to be in some way trustworthy?
The downside being that people like Abu Qatada and Abu Hamza will abuse that agreement, word and trust.
So has May bungled the dates?
So has May bungled the dates? Some suggest we endorse a UK 'Bill of Rights' but surely that would take years to draft?
Why can't we charge the ECHR of aiding and abetting a terrorist and ignore them.
Maybe he hasn't personally committed an act of terrorism (here, that we can prove) but he's a preacher of hate. And that's just as bad.

It's depressing how quick some of you lot are to throw out the legal system just to get at one guy....

Looks like Theresa May did get her dates wrong, luckily the European Court of Human Rights has rejected his appeal.
