***Air Fryer recipe, tips and photos thread***

Anybody got a go to chicken wings recipe?

Got a load in for when my daughter comes over, preferably BBQ or Honey glazed, light on the spice, but she'll eat a mild Nandos.

If you have a large enough compartment, you can use oven bags with seasoning for even less cleaning. I've been trying the Maggi ones recently but I see Nandos do them too.

I love mackerel but it stinks the whole place out for days, I just couldn't do that to myself. I bet it would be good though.

Some at work Cooked sardines or something similar in the microwave at work, safe to say it did not go down well

Steam Air Fried some fresh Salmon fillets and asparagus yesterday, 7mins plus ~3mins to build up steam.

Crispy skin and perfectly cooked fish.

The Ninja has all but replaced our range cooker, which now gets used once a week.

you eat the salmon skin :(

Exactly what this type of fish is for.

I did a kind of brined salmon skin years ago that finished like a bubbled crackling and cannot remember how I did it now :(

Also removing the skin and air frying it to add as crisps to dishes is yum.
