Airsoft ??

She's a beut Nero!

Funny this thread came back today - I've been hunting down a prop I need for a film and dealing with airsoft companies is a headache. They are either amatuerish or don't answer their bloomin' emails. It's like they don't need any business. ANNOYING!

All I want is a nice H&K MP5Kurz!

They are more expensive yes, but they have to pay London rent which isn't cheap, so I can appreciate they bump up their prices a little. I like the convenience of being able to see products for real before I buy them.

Never experienced any rudeness from those guys, they are always really helpful.

Wolf Armouries are overpriced and rude.

Not the cheapest no but I've never found Wolf Armouries rude - tho it is awhile since I used them - one of their guys spent almost an hour dealing with my friends indecisiveness and last minute change of mind while staying polite and helpful.

Glad you guys have had positive experiences... i might have served you guys at one point (relatively unlikely though)

Overpriced, moderately. much less so than they used to be though.
In the Olden days they were very rude, but almost all the staff are very friendly these days. If you're in there and no-one round the back is helping you, they're usually dealing with internet/phone orders. :)

Alas, they won't sell anything other than totally non-moving guns to film companies :(

Wolf Armouries rent/sell guns for film production very frequently. their hire scheme is reasonably competitive, and if you've got the correct credentials (ie, you're an actual film company and not an amatuer) they'll sell/rent you anything you want.

Depending on how big an order you are doing it may be worth considering WGC. I've used them twice, once for a load of equipment and parts for my TM G36, and the other time for my Tanaka AICS and some upgrades for it. Far cheaper than all other stores, but thats because they are in HK so you have to pay a fair bit for shipping,VAT and customs charge, but even with all those extra charges the kit I got from WGC was by FAR cheaper than any store in the UK could sell it for, plus because they are such a large store (way bigger than any UK store), they have the widest range of weapons and parts, even some quite rare bits.

WGC, Uncompany, RedwolfAirsoft, Airsoft War 4 and EhobbyAsia are the best/biggest/most comprehensive

if you need something and they don't have it, you're pretty much screwed :p

What is the rifle to the right ?

that's an AR-15 type rifle with a RIS forend, suppressor, cranestock and RIS-mounted sights.

it's a Tavor TAR-21 with an Aimpoint red-dot sight on a Cantilever mount.
it looks almost nothing like a G36 :p :D

I'm going with HK416 +Suppressor as it already comes with most of those parts as standard (bar suppressor) so less cost for the airsofter. Oh and you're right that Tavor is looks Nothing like a G36 not even a bullpup version LOL :D

I did say ish .... ;)

The forward parts look similar to a carbine 36.

Only if you squint really REALLY hard :D although if it's not something you know a great deal about then they could be similar I suppose.
