Just give up on RAID0 for now, especially with old drives. One dies then poof, everything gone
The real world benefits are minimal. I'd use the drive without the broken clip as a boot disk (make sure you dismantle the array, swap to AHCI then unplug all but one drive) then try the other when Windows is installed
