Akasa Eclipse 62's Club... Desktop & Machines.

Here's my first build.
Didn't take me long, and was not as hard as I expected (with the help from oc forum stickies!).
Getting the fan on the Xigmatek HDT-S1283 was the hardest part.
Photo's not the best, maybe needed to pan out a bit :)
Need new graphics card and another HDD, i've bungie modded the one i've got and removed the HDD and floppy cages to increase airflow. Makes the case appear huge!
Still waiting for my window to arrive :(

That does look awesome, I too when I had this case back in 06 took the hdd/floppy cages completly off, it looks so much neater and better. I got silent boxes and shoved my hdds in the 5.25 bays.

Such a shame they stopped dishing out newer and better cases, mind u the Eclipse 62 I still hold as one of the top cases out there.

@ bfg9000, im thinking of replacing the standard 120mm fans in my eclipse, what would you reccomend for good quiet fans that supply a decent airflow, i was considering akasa ambers but i noticed theyre led fans, im looking for something that aint blingy that moves a lot of air and is fairly quiet.

The only fans I have ever used are the blue amber Akasa fans, they do push a lot of air and the leds are not to bright so don't bling the case too much....

lay-z-boy hows the build going....
Ran out of native cables on my HX520 :(

Looks terrible inside the case right now thanks to two 6 pin to dual molex connectors and 2 molex bridge cables.

Will be ordering a new psu (quattro/realpower 1kw) and redo the watercooling at the same time.

Should be good once I've done that, till then it's too embarrassed to post it. :o:(
