Akasa FINALLY answer the prayers of case enthusiasts!!!

Easy to work with? I could strip and rebuild 2 shuttles in the time it takes me to do that on the Eclipse! Lots of space yes and it's great that everything comes off, but it's not the easiest to get to certain things.

Found the eclipse dead easy to work with plenty of space and its so deep... Fastest PC build ever was in an eclipse for myself.

No news then?

Looks like they done another Antec 1200 jobby ;)

I hate it when companies show sneak shots and well nothing

While the Lian Lis are awesome and top end cases the Akasa Eclipse62 just had something magical, either that or it was so deep and large and still mid tower size so it was awesome and spacious and a joy to work in. I never got that with all the many other beast ive built.

Its perhaps the most widest and deep case ever.

From what I have seen the omega is no better than the original eclipse really, they should have made it much taller at least 4 x 5'25 bays worth taller imo.

This case as I said has done an Antec 1200 almost....

Announced and sneak peek shots and wont proberly come out for another year.

Lian Li are the only innovators and people releasing cases imo :)

Are they that lazy that in two years the best they can come up with is a copy cat coolermaster stacker and a mirage with a different door ?? Oh wait it has E-sata how interesting and what a great design by akasa

I think the bigger issue is vapourware or DNF job comes to mind;)

If the case is the same as the Eclipse 62 and they got the front panel designed/sorted should take them 5 minutes to release the Omega case :)

Spoke to akasa the other day RE some replacement parts. They said this will be avaible next month. You can just buy the front of the omega direct off them if you want and it will fit the mirage/elipse. cost around £30ish with p&p.

Yeah totaly take all my remarks back..

Just need reviews now seems they have redesigned the case to allow more fans and space...

Will need some indepth reviews but its looking expensive @ £140 quid frankly.

Definatly within Lian Li prices now... tough competition but it does look a nice case :)
