sedm I don't want to be associated with you in this thread, I've shared honest opinions and not been at all veiled and I've answered any questions directed my way honestly and directly, not seeking to avoid them.

It does seem that we're on the same side of the fence through lack of sympathy for the subject at hand, and I'd prefer not to be on the side that has trolling going on. So stop.

This is the first post of yours that I`ve read.

I'm a little dissapointed that you can't put silly loyalties aside and have sympathy for someone who did so much for your club Gilly.

All he did was make a decision he thought was best for his career when Leeds decided they needed to get rid of him. Did you seriously expect him not to want the best he could get after it was clear he couldn't stay at the club he loved?

I can understand the dislike, but I'm shocked it goes so deep. I think even most Man Utd fans would have had sympathy if it had happened to Ince.

Beckham has honed the skills he was born with. No-one could've attained the heights he has without having natural talent.
I would agree to a certain extent. If you have no co-ordination (for the lack of a better word) whatsoever you can never be a footballer. Beckham obviously has vision to pick out a good pass but he had to train hard to be able to pass, cross and shoot as well as he can. He even says’s this himself.

A real example of natural talent is Wayne Rooney yes, he still has to train to be as good as he is but he still has more natural talent than Beckham. I’m not insinuating that Beckham is a crap player but he has had to work a lot harder to get where he is.

sedm1000 mate, you are doing yourself no favours at all here, you just seem to be rambling on without a valid argument or any facts to base your opinions. You have avoided answering my question 3 times I think. And that speaks volumes. If you want to appear like somebody who knows little about football keep posting.

Saying that Beckham has no natural talent whatsoever is just silly, for want of a less condescending word. Have you seen the videos of him as a very young lad?:)
The one where he does keepy uppy on live and kicking and kicks the lad in the head? Yeah I’ve seen that. ;)

Absolutely, you did say he had NO natural talent whatsoever though don't forget:)

Yeah ok, so maybe none whatsoever was a bit harsh but he has had to work a lot harder than other players. Without that work he might not have been so good. It's all based on conjecture though.

Even though that sweet taste you want so much will forever be out out of your reach? Nah, that'd **** me up:)

Self-denial, eh? Kid yourself that you could have been a contender? Isn`t there a part of you that wants to prove how far you can go?

Friendly in here. Personal questions have no relevance to the thread.

And less of the "mate". :p
