Alien: Isolation...

Cancelled my pre-order for now it looks worse the more I see not paying £37.99 for this anymore. Atmosphere looks great but gameplay based on latest previews to me does not give me a lot of confidence.
 
What latest gameplay videos? There haven't been any? To me everything so far looks great. Pre-Ordered at £25 as well.
 
Why would anyone pay nearly £40 for a pre-order in the first place :confused:

Wait until it's released, consult your trusted reviewers then decide.
 
I never pay more then £25 for a pre-order, you can pretty much get them for under £20 if you look about. I only pre-order games I know I will buy no matter what, like Witcher 3 :)

You get all the DLC included only way to get that is from Game its exclusive to them only otherwise wait a few months.

Yeah I am going to pre-order off Steam for this part.

Looks amazing and like it has gone back to the basics of a horror game, not just a shoot em up.

What I read the game will be more Dead Space than Colonial Marines.

Looks like it will be the first decent game from the film Licence. The original Aliens vs Predator was good, although ancient now. The rest have been one disappointment after another.

Saying that I have just bought Colonial Marines for £2, I would have been devastated if I paid £30 but for £2 it isn't that bad.

So you get the complete version of the game whereas others will have to pay for that content later, pretty annoying trend this days :(

AvP on the Atari Jaguar has never been beaten, it was genuinely scary. Watching others try to play it was hilarious, the genuine shrieks and cries for mommy never got old :D

I have a PS2 and PC version of EF1 dont remember how I had both tbh

wheres this expansion, does it have a name, lol I only remember seeing a few decks of voyager in the original version.

After the negative PR backlash Sega changed their minds all DLC will now be sold to everyone at a later date. Ripley DLC is exclusive to Game pre-orders otherwise you need to wait a few months to buy on Steam.

For the high price with the 3 DLC packs its quite expensive unless you wait some time after launch so I am going to wait & see according to the leaked achievement list there are only a few bullets in the entire game so its a stealth based survival horror with RPG elements where you have to interact with the environment to survive or avoid xenomorph contact.

I just do not see it being anything more than a few hours gameplay with limited replay value so am happy to wait on player reviews as Sega are not a publisher I trust much nowadays :rolleyes: (I even liked Colonial Marines @ £3.74 but still....).
